Shelters for Pregnant Women

Below we have suggested some resources to help you find a shelter if you are without a place to stay or if you are the victim of violence or abuse and need to get away from the place where you are currently living.

There are several ways to find local abuse shelters such as looking in your phone book or calling information.  Shelter are often hard to find in the phone book and you may need to look in the blue or yellow pages. Another way to find a shelter is to go to your computer's search engine and type in "women's shelters in ..." (the city you live in or near).
