If you are in immediate need of help and/or a safe place to stay, consider contacting a local shelter or crises pregnancy center.

Crisis pregnancy center locator and Life Call Crisis Pregnancy Centers are two websites that will help a pregnant woman in the U.S. find agencies who want to help you through this difficult time.  A different website can help pregnant women in Canada.  Many centers are medical clinics with a full range of free services. A crises pregnancy center can offer support, practical help, and options counseling.
